On May 24th we got the opportunity to interview Dan Olmsted, a journalist who was thrown into the Autism spotlight after investigating the incidence of Autism within the Amish community and other populations where many choose not to vaccinate. His findings are very compelling given the fact that he should have found approximately 1 in 150 of these children to be autistic, which would match the national rate. We have attached a highlight video of our conversation with him. As an investigative journalist, Dan really took the bull by the horns and started looking where no one else had, while many were and still are wondering why our government hasn't been looking in the most obvious place(unvaccinated populations) to really determine the role vaccines are playing in this epidemic. He was recently praised by RFK Jr. in his speech at the "Green Our Vaccines" rally for his work with this issue and he is currently writing a book about the history of Mercury and the havoc it has wreaked on our health for hundreds of years. We were fortunate to get to know Dan better over several dinners and breakfasts while we stayed in the D.C area. We obviously had a lot in common and his dedication and passion with this issue is very obvious. He is currently the Editor of Age of Autism, a daily web newspaper of the Autism Epidemic that in my opinion is the best place to get all the latest and greatest news about Autism. The website address is www.ageofautism.com.
