World Mercury Project Goals
-
Raise awareness by educating the public of the dangers and misuse of Mercury, and informing them of all the possible sources of Mercury and how they could get exposed to this neurotoxin.
-
Fund more specific research, experiments, and studies to determine the toxicity of Mercury in relation to human and animal exposure, further connecting the link to many psychological / neurological / auto-immune conditions that have “no known cause”.
-
Fund more specific research, experiments, and studies in relation to removing mercury from the brain and body, leading to more effective treatments for mercury detoxification.
-
Promote breaking through the “barriers” of Western Medicine regarding mercury and the devastating consequences that can come from very small exposures. Western Medicine must receive a better education in regards to how people are getting exposed, how mercury works , and what symptoms mercury can cause.
-
Identify all products / operations, including the associated manufacturers, that contain or use mercury, and investigate why they must use the second most toxic element on the planet, and analyze the risk of exposure from these products.
-
Research, identify, analyze, and push to implement alternatives to products and operations that currently contain or require the use of Mercury, with the intent of phasing mercury out as fast as possible.
-
Promote public activism and influence government policy to drive toward a zero Mercury tolerance and ultimately ban Mercury from any product or operation on a global level.
-
Create a library of all historical / current medical literature, reports, studies, experiments, statistics, etc. related to the dangers of Mercury.
-
Provide an educated, detailed look into the future, and theorize based on the most current information what life on earth may be like if the use and release of Mercury into the “living” environment does not stop.
-
Create a platform of open dialogue for people from all aspects of this issue, whether for or against it, in order to obtain and provide information from / for the general public, while providing a place for people to share their personal stories and experiences.
-
Act as a resource to the people who are already sick from the effects of mercury, and help point them in the right direction to begin their recovery.
